Bonitar 100mg Tablet contains the active ingredient bosutinib and belongs to a class of medications called tyrosine kinase inhibitors. It is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph-positive) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), either newly diagnosed or in cases where previous CML treatments have failed, were ineffective, or unsuitable. Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukemia is a blood cancer characterized by the overproduction of a specific type of white blood cell called granulocytes.
Common side effects of Bonitar 100mg Tablet include low white blood cell count (leukopenia), headache, shortness of breath, joint pain, dizziness, cough, back pain, decreased appetite, respiratory tract infection, raised blood pressure, ringing in the ears (tinnitus), itching, acne, dehydration, taste changes, sensitivity to light, and fluid in the lungs. Inform your doctor if any of these symptoms disturb you or persist.

Safety Advices
Pregnancy
Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as it could cause potential harm to a developing baby. Consult the doctor before taking this medicine, and it will be given to you if clearly needed. Use effective birth control during and for 30 days (one month) after the last dose.
Breast Feeding
Avoid breastfeeding while taking Tablet, as it is not known whether it passes into the breast milk and harms your baby. Consult the doctor before taking this medication.
Lungs

Liver
